Another raid today by the Somalia pirates. This time they were chased off! Why don’t the media inform us that this is an old Muslim tradition. The pirates probably see nothing wrong with it.
From what I think I know, Mohammad, when he was run out of Mecca and fled to Medina, could not make a living there for his tribe. So he asked God (Allah) and was told to raid caravans. Raiding caravans en route to Mecca had long been a tradition among Arabs. God gave him the OK.
So now Muslims in Somalia are again raiding caravans to survive. Modern day caravans with loot on boats instead of on camels. What’s wrong with that? Nothing if you are a Radical Islamist who also believes in killing non-believers and terrorism as a tactic.
We are to politically correct to scream this out. No debate on the subject. No new solutions. We might offend good, non-radical Muslims. I don’t think so. I think we need less Bows to World Leaders and more Boots In The Ass. We aren’t going to talk people out of taking our stuff..
