Ted Joins Re/Max Flagstaff and Toby Reports It's Cheap To Live In Palm Coast

Ted's going independent. I recently left a large real estate agency to become more independent again.  I do better for my customers that way.

I was a Re/Max agent when I first moved to Palm Coast in 1996.  It is uses an "agent oriented" approach where we all operate independently and develop our own businesses under their umbrella. Re/Max supplies great national advertising and excellent technical and marketing support tools for their agents. They are expensive and you need to be a top producing agent to afford to belong.  I am proud I can do that.
